WHAM worked with Watsons to analyse their own brand skincare portfolio and relaunch various brands, including Collagen. As the name suggests, this product introduces the plumping effect of collagen and thoroughly hydrates skin.

We began with a new brand strategy and brought the brand to life with a refreshed visual identity, creating colourful capsule-shaped packaging, bright and bouncy animation and youthful key visuals. The development of brand guidelines ensured the consistency of look and feel throughout all merchandising in-store.

Whilst a new communications strategy also helped to demonstrate the plump and bounce benefits of the formula and convey a bubbly, bright and optimistic brand.
