Synonymous with health and beauty in Asia but requiring additional exposure across Europe, A.S. Watson, the world’s leading health and beauty retail group, worked with us to reinvigorate its employer brand.

Based on the group’s mission of ‘bringing more to life’, we centred our thinking on the concept of being part of ‘more’ – sounding an evocative call to action for candidates and employees to engage on a deeper level with the group.

Having built the new brand, we then created a full set of guidelines and an activation toolkit, helping to roll out its launch across A.S. Watson’s global offices. The launch campaign increased traffic to A.S. Watson’s careers site by 111%, engaging six times as many users as the previous month.
